Q: Do I have to order at least 50 pairs?
A
: No. If your order requirement is less than the stated minimum our Customer Service Specialist may be able to assist you to arrange a short production run on some items, but ordering at least 50 pairs helps us offer you the best value.
Q: Is rush service available?

Event Deadlines are a big part of our business and we are experienced in helping you meet your event deadline by helping you select the best rush production option and expedited shipping method to meet your deadline.

Before contacting us, be sure to have a better idea of what you want: quantities, Havaiana colors, general design idea, and delivery timeline. This will help us to better assist you.
Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A:
Currently, we accept only PayPal, Cashier's (bank) check, and wires. Upon providing us with your order details, we will send you an estimate. 50% of this total estimate is required before we can process your order. The other 50% is due when the items are ready to leave our warehouse.
Q: There was a problem with my order; who can I call?
A:
At MyPersonalizedHavaianas, we want to make sure all of our customers are happy. If there was an inconsistency between your order and the proof you received, we will gladly work with you to rectify this. Please call us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We ask that customers remember that we print on rubber, which means inks should not be printed close together or atop one another. This leads to ink bleeds.
Q: Are gifting options available?

We've gotten pretty creative with what we can do for customers. We now offer ribbons with customized messages, and gift bags as well. Company loyalty programs, sports teams, and offices have found this to be a great way to show their appreciation to their employees and clients. Contact us for more details.
